Wiznucleus Collaborates with Microsoft for Critical Infrastructure Cyber Security Software

Wiznucleus, Inc. recently announced that it will collaborate with Microsoft as an independent software vendor (ISV) to create best-of-breed compliance management solutions for the energy and utilities industry. Through its commitment to the Microsoft Smart Energy Reference Architecture (SERA), Wiznucleus has designed and developed advanced software for tracking complex cyber security compliance requirements in nuclear power plants, distributed control systems (DCS), power generation plants, and utilities.
The Wiznucleus solutions are designed to reduce the overhead associated with managing and tracking cyber security compliance requirements, such as NERC CIP, NEI 08-09/NEI 10-09/10 CFR 73, to protect North America's critical infrastructure, including nuclear power plants, electric utilities, control systems, and smart grid. The ability to configure the latest standards and to manage and track compliance in an automated manner is the key to reducing the cost and complexity burden involved in managing standards such as NERC CIP 002-009 in power plants and utilities.
Wiznucleus software products are based on Microsoft technology frameworks and are designed to manage the life-cycle of regulatory compliance. Wiznucleus' integrated knowledge management, domain-specific best practice methodology, and automation algorithm are intended to help users meet the latest standards and practice requirements. By leveraging the Microsoft development platform, Wiznucleus has been able to deliver compliance management solutions and reduce overhead in nuclear power plants and utilities.
