Q: The system asks for a password in order to view recorded presentations - I don't have it. What do I do?
A: The password was emailed to you when you purchased the proceedings. If you need the password
resent, please click here.
Q: The session or presentation is not appearing on my computer. Please help!
A: The Summit is powered by Cisco's WebEx platform. For live tech support during the event, please
call WebEx tech support at +1-866-229-3239.
Q: Can I test to make sure the WebEx viewer will run on my system?
Q: How does the audio work?
A. The audio portion of each recorded presentation will be broadcast over your computer's speakers. Make
sure your speakers are turned on and the volume is up.
Q: Is the same password used to view all presentation recordings and download .PDF?
A: Yes - If you need the password resent, please click here.
Q: How long will recorded sessions from this Virtual Summit be archived for later viewing?
A. Three months. Also, .PDF downloads of all the PowerPoint presentations are available for download
to registered attendees, unless presenters specify that they do not wish their .PDFs to be disseminated.
