Speaking Opportunities
Industry practitioners and executives who are interested in delivering a 25-minute presentation within the Virtual Summit
are invited to submit a proposal indicating:
1. Name, title, and contact info for proposed speaker
2. Title of proposed presentation
3. 1-2 paragraph abstract of what will be covered in the presentation
4. Biography of speaker
5. Brief description of why topic is relevant for the Summit
Please refer to the preliminary agenda for topical guidance in formulating your speaking proposal.
Proposals must be emailed by Friday, June 8, 2012 to info@smartgridobserver.com. Companies or individuals
interested in organizing a 60-minute discussion session with multiple participants are encouraged to submit their proposal.
Please Note:
- No commercialism or product-pitches allowed
- Travel is not required for speakers or chairpersons -- the event is 100% online and accessible globally
- Sponsorship of the Summit is not required in order to speak (Speakers receive a complimentary pass to attend the full
event. Colleagues and customers of accepted speakers receive 20% off the regular registration rate)
